Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of LevelOne Desk (Staging) (the "Service"), operated by Aap ki Company ka Naam ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
LevelOne Desk (Staging) is an AI helpdesk for Microsoft 365. Employees ask questions and request changes in plain language. The AI looks up information and prepares proposed changes. No change is made in your Microsoft 365 tenant until an IT administrator of your organization approves it. Every request and decision is recorded in an audit log.
2. Your organization and administrators
- The person who connects your organization must be a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator (or Privileged Role Administrator) with authority to grant the Service access to your tenant.
- You choose which people are IT administrators in the Service. You are responsible for their actions, including the changes they approve.
- You can remove the Service's access at any time in Microsoft Entra (Enterprise applications).
3. AI output
AI answers and proposed changes can be incomplete or wrong. Review every proposed change before approving it. The Service re-checks each change when it is approved and refuses some high-risk actions (for example resetting an administrator's password), but you remain responsible for approved changes in your tenant.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, to access tenants or data you aren't authorized to manage, to attack or overload the Service, or to try to get around plan limits or security controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Plans, trial and payment
- New organizations get a free trial of a paid plan for the period shown on our pricing page. When it ends you move to the Free plan automatically. No card is needed for the trial or the Free plan.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, per organization. Prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
6. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. After you cancel or disconnect, you can ask us to delete your organization's data.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features. We'll tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms or unpaid amounts, and will tell you why when we can.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
