AI helpdesk for Microsoft 365

Level-1 IT requests, handled by AI. Approved by people.

Employees ask in plain language. The agent looks up the right people, groups and licenses, checks for problems, and prepares the change. Your IT admin approves with one click, and every step is logged.

Works with your existing Microsoft 365 tenant. Nothing to install for employees.
How it works

Ask, check, approve. Done.

The agent does the busywork. Your IT team keeps the final say.

Step 1

Employees ask in plain language

"Add me to the Finance group", "Who is my manager?", "How do I set up MFA?". No tickets or forms to fill in.

Step 2

The agent checks and prepares

It finds the exact user and group, checks for problems first (already a member, no free license, admin account) and writes out each step.

Step 3

IT approves with one click

An admin who didn't make the request approves or rejects it. The change runs in Microsoft 365 and lands in the audit log.

Security

The AI prepares. People decide.

Designed so a mistake or a clever prompt can't change your tenant on its own.

  • No change without approvalThe AI can only create requests. There is no way for it to approve or run them.
  • Nobody approves their own requestAnd nobody approves a change to their own account.
  • Sign in with MicrosoftIdentity comes from Microsoft. We never see passwords.
  • Dry-run modeTry everything first: approved requests are recorded but nothing changes until you switch to live.
  • Employees see only what they shouldReports, other people's details and approvals are for IT admins only.

FAQ

Questions admins ask us

Can the AI change anything without approval?

No. The AI can look things up and create requests. Running a change requires an IT admin to approve it, and the person who asked can't be the one who approves.

What data does the agent read?

Directory information needed to answer the request: names, job titles, groups, licenses, admin roles and MFA registration status. It does not read mailboxes, files or passwords.

Can we try it without risk?

Yes. Start in dry-run mode: every request goes through the full flow and approval, but nothing changes in Microsoft 365 until you switch to live.

Does it work in Microsoft Teams?

Today it runs as a web app your team signs into with Microsoft. A Teams app is on the roadmap.

We're an MSP. Can we manage several customers?

Multi-tenant support is coming soon: up to 10 customer tenants on the MSP plan, one console across all of them, and your own branding. Contact us to join the early access list.
