Sign in with MicrosoftOnly accounts from your organization can sign in. The helpdesk never sees your password.
Connect your Microsoft 365
- Approve the app in Microsoft. Microsoft shows exactly which permissions the helpdesk asks for. This step needs a Global Administrator of your organization.
- Nothing changes yet. Your helpdesk starts in dry-run mode: approved requests are recorded, not applied, until you switch to live.
- You become the first IT admin. Add other admins later on the Setup page. Your data is kept separate from every other organization.
